Stick man rigged and ready to go...going to put some blends on the mouth and
eyebrows so he can put some emphasis on the words beyond the body acting
Looking forward to seeing what you can do with that stickman....good luck man:)

Uploaded the effort so far, quicktime with sound on my frontpage is about 240k.
Not nailing at the poses quite as i want, or indeed any of them after the "ok then..." bit but will try to get some more done over the weekend.

very interesting conception, very different from the standard 3D approach. Seems rather challenging, all the best !

Thanks Suricate !
Got it all blocked out. As i see it the poses need some honing - starting with his right arm crossing infront of the body at the start - and some of the lip sync is a bit lazy, especially when he says 'ok then'. Some weighting issues lurking in there too which i'm trying to ignore !
250k quicktime posted on usual website above. All thoughts on how i can develop it further welcome.

This is as much as I'm going to manage on this one. Quite pleased with the look although
a fair few bits I would tweak with some more time...oh well !
