Yeah. i always get a concept, but never follow through. so i'm just staking my claim. hope to have a concept sketch up but basically i was thinking something along the lines of an airport firetruck modified to spit out napalm instead of extinguishing foam (or whatever they use to put out jet engine fuel fires). napalm isn't necessarily the greatest vehicle to vehicle weapon, but i just saw shaun of the dead & think something like this would rock in a zombie scenario.

thanks, ninjacore.

i'm working on a sketch but here are some photo references i pulled up off the net

i really liked the 'ground-spray' feature that the red one in the center seems to have, yet i want to add some sort of ramming feature to it as well. originally i was thinking of a concrete highway divider chained on securely. also, polywise, i'd like to have the spray hose on a crane mechanism sort of like the one on the left. as for 'personalizing' this for my driver, i'm thinking about adding some battle damage, maybe a little gore (since i am kind of aiming for a zombie scenario), & probably some graffiti, or something. also, i'd like to make the 'cabin' look kind of lived in. i might make it pretty visible & detailed if i have enough polys that is.

I'd love to see an update on this. Those trucks are really bad-ass, and I love the idea of a Fire-Starting-Truck instead of a Fire-Ending-Truck.

Plus, this lets you use ridiculous colors and giant trucks, which is totally cool.
