it seems very detailed in areas, but too simple in overall shape. not to be to harsh but it reminds me of a trash can with fins.

BUT it has potential. i suggest modifying the shape to something more streamlined not necessarilly nuclear sub, just a break from the form it has maybe teardrop shape.
