Hi, I found a script written by Borislav "Bobo" Petrov that selects all non-quad polygons in a poly object. I have modified and added to the script so that you are able to select all triangle polygons, all ngon polygons, all non-quad polygons and all quad polygons. The script also has a basic ui like so:
