Since I got modo I have just been reading the docs and doing no modeling. Today I started modeling in modo, and besides the massive amount of crashes I get with my NVIDIA drivers itís been allot of fun modeling in modo. The problem im having is I get EXTREMLY slow response to any modeling i do. My model is 11,000 polygons. In Maya I get absolutely no slowdown at all. So can anyone tell me if this is related to my NVIDIA drivers as well? I also have done everything people have said, turned off vertex arrays, "which btw i have no idea what that does" and application settings in the NVIDIA display too.

Here are my pc specs incase that does anything, but i doubt it will because in maya i get no lag at all.

Dual amd 2700 athlon processors.
2 gig ram
geforce fx 5900 ultra

While turning off vertex arrays helps with the nVidia driver bug, it also takes away one of the opengl fast paths. catch 22.
