Some nice ideas.

However the character volumes and perspective is all over the place...I think you really need to get structure down in alot of your work.

this is werid, you do have drawing skills and your 2d animation wasnt that bad at all. but the transition into 3d is weak.
i see alot of floating limbs and stiff movement. you should have a good grasp since your traditonal animation is good. but yoru 3d needs alot of work.

and as bentllama said work on structure.
