O.K., as it's the future and soldiers will be forced to use whatever vehicles are left after the apocalypse I'm going to do an ice cream van, with a giant cone on top as the cannon/weapon. The gunner will sit in the ice cream part of the cone. It'll also have a bulldozer type front so it can push through any rubble/debris blocking it's path. This vehicle will also double as supply vehicle to supply hungry post apocolyptic guerillas with great ice-cream in every flavour they could want.
Have to work on the concept images.
