This will surely disappoint many fans, but shouldn't come as a huge surprise.Are there any serious fans of the phantom? I've never heard one nice thing said about the whole thing...

Also, I feel the need to mention quickly that while this company seems to be shady, I would much rather see it fail on its own merits than see it fail due to a bunch of script kiddies screaming, "OMG!!! WTF!!! pF@nt0m IS SUx0RZ!!!"

Most of the people on that site had dealings with or were former employees of Infinium Labs. spend some time and go through the site, just ask if you need help with the big words.

They have news. More than 20 publishers and developers have signed on... I just posted the new news in another thread. Rumors are rumors... Don't know why people have a grudge against the company. I'm betting they'll be huge!

The grudge is because they have screwed over EVERY SINGLE artist they have ever dealt with.

I'm wondering why you keep supporting them when they have lied, constantly blow deadlines and don't pay people that work for them.

I'm not supporting them. I'm just tired of the bashing by those who have nothing to do with it.

That's just it. there are a lot of people that got burned by them so they do have something to do with it.

Check out f*ckedcompany.com and research the other people Roberts and Shambro have screwed over before Infinium Labs.

No these are rumors because they haven't come out in a press release from Infinium Labs. The people running the comapny are doing quite well running the company into the ground on their own.

has anyone talked to someone that had anything positive to say about this? i haven't seen any "fan sites" or rave reviews. whatever.

Two weeks ago they filed with the FTC that they had less than 200k for operating expenses against miilions in debt. Now they are pushing for a March debut????

My bet is they will try and secure a loan to continue operations for 6 months. Of course, any institution smart enough will see through the bs publisher support and decline the loan. Thus forcing Infinion to file bankruptcy. Their CEO is one shady sob. If the FTC isn't considering investigating this company, they are asleep at the wheel.
