CGTalk - layout edit issue

Hey,Ive been making my own layouts in xsi for everything i need and i recently got dual monitors so naturaly im making a dual layout, my problem is that the "contex" constuction mode veiw is not in the list of views to add any more, im simply confused how it dissapeared from the builtin list of choices and i kinda need it, if anyone has any ideas help would be apreciated
