Greeble plugin for C4D?

Go to Plugin Cafe (part of Maxon's site) and look for a plugin called "Structure". I'm not sure if it's free or not. On plugin cafe it's listed as open source, but on the author's web page it's listed as for sale. Does anyone know what's up with that?
