hello i want a focus feedback on this Object i modeled not just to show it off but to get advise from some pros. i know its not the most complicated model but i just want to know if iam going in a good direction modeling wise. Feel free to rip me to shards cuz it will only make me get better and work harder to produce better work here are some renders and wireframes of the model. Also to get a job as a modeler what type of work does companys look for Characters? Props? what would be the best type of stuff to model?

thank you.

Looking at the top of the mixer board *in mesh* you could stand to cut a lot of polys out of it..just by cutting and welding verts to clean up the mesh
but other than that man...it looks good and very well done:thumbsup:

Also to me it seems good and detailed, screws, buttons levers, and so on..
according to me: no problems at all with this, you can take close up renders
without problems.

Concerning your questions.. Did you use Maya didn't you?
I do not know it very well and I do not work in a SFX company.. so nothing to say.
sorry!
