CGTalk - Rendering Window

Anyone know the command, or where I go to, to bring up the rendering window? I think that's what it's call, whatever the window is called where you can see what your object looks like with the rendering.

I think you mean the renderregion. Just press q and drag a region around your object.
If not, you may mean previewrendering? That's a button in the leftpanel. Just move to the rendering panel.
Just read the manual on this, also the settings that come with the renderregion and final rendersettings. You can swap settings etc.
