OK OK, I know Im here again, but after coming from a 3.9 background its hard to adjust when XSi moves everything around!!

I want to have a box flying through the air hitting and bouncing along the floor ....

you can try the softbodys and make it hard
or keyframe it you can also make the simulation in soft3.9 and export to xsi
