hi there andy...

great stuff there...

1. wake up generi is awsome.. although I would widen the mouth when he yawns....but its just me..
2. pmwalk : its great...just one thing I would change slightly is the contact pose.... great line of action on the contact pose but it gets brokent at the neck.. I would push the head back a bit.... other than that... its just awsome...
3. troll : couldnt download the file..
4. joeysinmood: I thought the follow through of joey after he throws the sword needs some body movement... and also... slight hold..maybe of three more frames in the antic would also be great...that should give the throw more snap...I think..

just my 2 paise..

great work there... It was awsome... by the way... you did not vote for the anim session did you? some awsome entries there.. check it out..

chao..

My favorite part of any of the four animations is the first time the troll slides down the tree onto the lower branch. Most of the other stuff I'd probably be able to nitpick and find things I'd change, but that beginning part was easily feature film quality. Good stuff. The rest of that animation was still really good, and you could still tell how primitive he was, but the opening tree shot movements were amazing.

I'm not a huge fan of the walk cycle. It was fluid, and his body had weight, but it doesn't feel like his walk is moving him forward. Obviously, it's NOT moving him forward, but to be proper walk cycle, it should feel like he has forward momentum in the upper body.

hi Ilsoap and k4k,
thanks a lot for the comments.
Ilsoap- man i elated with your comments on trollWIP. and about the pmWalk, now that you mention it i get the same feeling that he is not moving forward, esp.in the left profile. but is it because of the plain bg or should i have him more leaned forward? how would i have to fix it?

thanks once again guys and keep it coming!
regards
andy
