I got some work for a mannequin company (modeling) but since they couldnt send me some nice reference pics I guess I gotta find some mannequin refs. on my own.

That is why I ask for some help if anyone knows some good resources for mannequin refs. I am especially looking for some front and side refs.
My first job is to create a generic-ish model that I can work on to create different models later. Both female, male and children.

I have attached a picture to show what I am looking for. As you can see these mannequins are realistic but also idealistic representations of the human body. That fact made me wonder if I should actually use reference pictures of models and then tweak it to look like a mannequin.

If you can give me eny pointers to a better work method also it would be appreciated.

here are the refs I have so far:

I think it'll be more ideal if you modeled them after real humans, isn't that better? unless they stated that they clearly wanted the models to look like placid looking mannequins...

If I understand right.... They want you to model in 3d static characters (such as their are in shops) ? Weird, if I were them, I would ask for more stylistic and/or realistic chars :hmm:

Well basically its because they want to show the mannequins in a 3d invironment and since they produce and sell mannequins they have to give the buyers and impression of how it would look in their own shop. An interactive experience. Thats why they are going to create low and high poly versions.
