ur stream has a little TOO digital look... the orignal one has this retro feel- kind of painterly effect...
but ur one looks really nice - lets see that animated!..

i think its just a little to crisp. the original looks like it has more blur on it.
Love you more!

Yea, what the others said. But apart from that, you hit the spot pretty well.
I also think you should modify your lens flare to look exactly like theirs: get rid of the vertical streaks, and get rid of the Photoshop-ish round lens flare "blobs"... (don't know what they're called, but they're right in Dan Akroyd's face) :) And make it more blue. Plus, their horizontal streaks aren't completely horizontal, they pinch at the center.
Ahh, Ghostbusters... I'd lie if I said I never wanted to do what you're doing now. ;)
Cheers,
- Jonas

Tis all rough Photoshop work.
Haven't had a chance to tweak anything yet, I'd like to get an animation done in the next couple weeks for fun...but work is telling me otherwise! go figure!

www.fxhome.com, the program alamdv can do this and other effects quite easily muzzle flashes etc and if you buy now you get a free upgrade to dv3 which will be a very professional program
