3d123 09-14-2004, 08:58 PM Hi, im new to photoshop and ive been having a little look around, i did have a look in the manual but no help there. Firstly is there a way to show the x and y axis of where my mouse pointer is ( if its already there where abouts ) and second, is there a more accurate way of doing gradient fills, like the way alot of other programs do it where you select you gradient and just click and it does the gradient ( like in psp )?
thx

Do you want to learn what Photoshop can do for you (by reading the manual first) or are you going to post a whole list of things that program A can do and asking us if the same is possible in Photoshop (yawn)?
If you really want to learn Photoshop the right way; start from scratch and forget about PSP, PI or whatever, because you're only going to disappoint yourself.
a) info palette
b) no, just click and drag
