Even though your skin texture isn't done it's looking pretty good. The range of variation in colors makes the skin look more realistic giving him life and expression....... very nice

the texture looks like its mirrored. Probibly because it was. vary the texture on it a bit.

the ear hole on the side profile looks a little too cirlcular, just tweek it a little, then give this guy a brown suit , a comb-over and a middle management position at a factorey then your set..:D

I think you have something good going here... check the specular settings on the eyes, they seem a bit foggy.
