If I want to change my content directory in modeller or layouter it takes ages till the next dialog appears (set content directory), same for the load scene or load object.

Anybody had a similar problem, I’m running Windows XP (SP2) and Lightwave 8.01

Thanks for help, really annoying to wait all the time, feel like I’m using 3DS max.

I had the same problem the first time i installed LW.

Reinstall :)
