CGTalk - Texturing Tutorials

Hello everybody;

I am kind a new in Maya. I am using version 6.0.1 and I need tutorials for texturing, at which I am completely horrible :banghead: . I have done the tutorials given in the documentary of the software itself and I need more. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

hi,

it is unclear what exactlly u want to do, is it that u have modelled something and want to layout the UV's or that u have worked on the UV and want to work on the texture.

if u want to layout the UV's there are lot of tutorials in cg texture forum.

or if u want to work on the texture u have to take the snapshot of your UV's from UV texture editor and work on the texture in softwares like photoshop or deep paint 3d etc
