im being lazy and was just wondering if there was a way to copy animation from what i had on a character of a previous scene to the same character on the scene im working on now?

he is talking about trax clips , you can make your repeating animations into a clip and re-use them in the trax nla editor.

check out the online documentation for more details on the subject.
