Great stuff.

The insect is great. Especially the rendering stands out - it is bit too short for analyzing too much the animation.

I checked some of the older pieces and the guy in the latest ones. You seem to have quite good basics sense to camera angles and other cinematique stuff.

What bothered me a lot was the walk cycle though. It looked like you had read a sick article in gamasutra about hip movement in walk cycle.
False: when e.g. right foot is raised the right side of hip is raised too to help lifting the foot.
One might do this sometimes if you are standing and lift your leg. It is in no way relaxed pose anyway.

correct:
In walk when right foot is raised the hip tilts so that the side of lifted foot (right in this case) is lowered.
This is a natural result to hip losing its support by the leg raised.

The shoulders then sway to the opposite of the hips.

Hope this helped.

example. (I tried to find one with less clothing to show it more clearly but this will do)

Hey you ! Stop annoying praying mantis that didn't do you anything !

Man, you rock. I agree the pleasure is too short, we need more !
And post this to newtek when it's over, I'm sure we'll see it in the video gallery (which desesperatly need that kind of stuff).

Hi!
Thanks, This was just the first attempt to animate my model, I dont even know if this thing should move like that. ...and I have to invent some funny short gauge to make the whole scene.
Glad you liked it :))))

Cheers
