Ok. I have finished this picture s a few times ago. I wasn't satisfied of the result but, after reflexion, I found that if the subject, model, camera, lighting was ok, it wasn't the case of the texture. They were to adult for a child book illustration which is the real purpose of this work. So i decided to rework all the texture to have a more cartoon like.
Here are 2 pictures : the old final one, and the only model (where I restart).
Of course the aim of this wip is to have many C&C to ameliorate my texture work which is not my first qyuality. So don't be shy.
I use max ( mental ray).

For information, I make a come back and finally decided to use the 1st rendering style (at the top of the page) with little ameliorations.
