Hi guys ,
that work, was modeled ,mapped,textured,in maya,then rendered with passes and compozed with fotoshop.....I used sss shader by Wang Wei.

Looks like real to me. :) Did you intentionally make him wear that white makeup? Would be nice to see a version with more natural skin colors as well.

good job man.
the model is really good, at first i wanted to point out the parts i like most, but it's really all the same high quality.
he has a lot of character as well. the expression is a bit dubious but well done.
can you show a profile shot and maybe some wires? (*edit* ok found the wire)
i also like the general feel of the shader, but the bump seems a bit strong, and the sss on the ear is too intense imho. is he supposed to be this pale?

really sympathetic, I adore! I to visit it to it Web page and it'strue that this shader looks good like. mixed with good a color map. I will test it, and yes close A will make a variation with my max preferred soft! héhé. in any good job...
