Hey everyone,

I am needing to make a fairly realistic carpet texture using photoshop... and really I have no clue to go about doing this. Has anybody done this before, have any suggestions, or can help point me to such a tutorial?

Search for fabrics textures, and then make it tileable. depending on the picture you can add a cloud layer from photoshop on top with a low transparency to break the pattern up.
