I like the little grin on the frog. Some questions, if you don't mind:
1) How did you put the frog into the scene? Did you render a 3D scene, or composite the frog onto a 2D image...or...
2) Are you exerienced with porting your Z-objects into other formats?
This is exactly the kind of artwork we are doing on a project right now (except not with Z Brush), which is why I'm so curious. If you weren't in Japan, I would ask you for your resume (for the future, we aren't currently hiring)..but who knows, we do plan to market to Japan eventually (we are in the states).

yeah, I composite them in photoshop. As u can see, the first 3 leaves are modeled in zbrush, I'm not satisfed about the leaf's texture but am currently too lazy to refine it, maybe sometime later. I remember there's a good composing tutorial in zbrush on zbrushcentral. here's the link(http://18.104.22.168/zbc/showthread.php?t=334)
for the second question, I've been reading tutotials and web links for some time about zbrush, at least know much of the technical aspect of the program right now and is practicing with every day. : ) Good luck
