I would wager that you started with the eye on the left and then worked your way around the face adding elements to make a half-completed face. I say that because the perspective of the face goes off in so many different directions and the eye looks to be the most complete or thought out feature.
It's not a bad picture, but it could use some improvements and completion. I hope the following suggestions will help you ...
Rough sketch the shape of the head and loosely put in the features as a whole. You can then make corrections to perspective and add a little more detail to see how it's going to turn out.
Flip your page over/upside-down/whatever frequently to see how things look from a different angle. Most errors will jump out at you when you do this.
Also, it's a good idea to put your page on the floor and look at it standing up (just to get some distance from the page). If you work your whole image while only 1-2 feet from the page you'll never get a good view of the image composition and form.
Choose a light source and plan shadows accordingly. The dark shadow on the right doesn't seem to be plausible with the amount of light reflecting off of the cheeks.
