I love the bear pattern more so than the plaid, but both work. The bear, however, gives a more personalized look to her, and adds to her personality...Depending on how old you want her to come off would help determine the pattern. When I was a little girl I would have probably worn the bear dress up until 7 years of age. The plaid dress would work up to about 12 years.

Anywayz... I was thinking that the hair looks too "lowrez" compared to the rest of the character. Maybe that's the look you are after but it just looks weird to me :shrug:

queixada seems to have some same influences like our band. I don't know how you are connected to them. Perhaps you like that kind of music or just want to support them.
Of course it has nothing to do with your work. (BTW sorry for beeing off topic)
Now to something completly different :D
For sure it's a challenge to have both. A girl that's so sweet that it scares you. ok...you can go the easy way and give her pure white eyes or something. Maybe a headless teddybear can do wonders? well...I'm more like a technicall modeler than a creative person.
Anyway good job so far.
