* Any piece caught breaking the rules will be taken off the thread.
* The topics will be picked at random from the list on this thread
(The author will be given credit). So guys keep them coming.
*You can add multiple entries, but please dont post WIP (Unless you intend to update them). NEW RULE!
* Ill post ANOTHER thread to quantify and track WHO has participated the most on these threads.
Good luck

Andrewly, I'm really impressed with you work altogether, very skillful vision. Just out of curiosity, because it can appear that way, were you using a reference for the entree of this topic? It looks compellingly so... ....wouldn't impress me any less, just so I know.

- Teacher: what do you do when you get home from school?
- Student 1: I go and do a sketch, then post it on cg talk.
- Teacher: Oh, that's wonderful, and how do they call you at home?
- Student 1: The little sketcher, teacher.
-Teacher: and you, what do you do when you get home from school?
- Student 2: I go and build stuff with a hammer and nails.
- Teacher: Very nice! and how do they call you at home?
- Student 2: The little carpenter, teacher.
- Teacher: and you, yes, you, in the back, the one who's slapping his classmate, what do you do when you get home from school?
- Student 3: I climb to the roof and start spitting at the people who passes by, teacher.
- Teacher: That's awful! It's the most horrible thing for a child to do! and how do they call you at home?
- Student 3: "get off the roof, dirty little punk!!"
It's funnier in spanish...

Taron333 what an original idea! Great work. Can't help but feel for the poor hobo

Art2: i really like yours.. it really looks like if the grafitti is painted on the wall, and its a nice desing, you should be on the streets painting!!!
:) Thanks 3db2: Done that zillion years ago, now I'm too old for that... And I have to give my son (who's due in Januari) the good example... :scream:
You did a good job yourself mate, as well as robinayles (hope I'm not having that expression in the near future...) and patroclo (a highranking usual suspect, excellent!)

Taron333 Can't help but feel for the poor hobo
THANK YOU! I wasn't exactly sure if that came across clear enough. Not to mention that grafitti styles arn't my Expert's assessment and actually took me the longest time....the bum was a super-quicky...and I was in a very bad mood myself....so yeah...poor hobo!
Thanx, again...OH AND Thanx for the linguistic research...now I also understand the expression: PISS OFF! Which could therefore mean, lose your proud attitude and get lost while you're at it....
Brilliant!
Where's your sketch anyway?!?

Hey thanks for the comments everyone. As far as the pic linking to the subject... I started out with a definite idea and kinda lost track along the way. I guess you could see it as those damn kids skrewing up the usual style and basically all of reality and color spectrum. Or something.
As I said, I kinda lost track along the way. :wavey:
HenningK: Great strong lines, I dont even want to know what he's throwing.
Pooby: Great stuff, you mastery of subtle coloring is beyond belief. Its quite the contrary to my sketch :)
Drumwhore: Thanks man  I like the look on the kids face thats standing behind the counter :D
Kalinn: Good to see you back again. I like the face. very well done.
Art2: The cop is really well rendered. The piece of graffitti, especially the letters, could have used some more color but still cool.
3db2: Nice style, very roadrunner/wile coyote.
RobinAyles: That looks nasty, like those damned kids were swinging from his eyelids :D
Sir Patrolco: Usual suspect numero uno! You caught that light of day chanching in to evening really well.
Art2: The cop is really well rendered. The piece of graffitti, especially the letters, could have used some more color but still cool.
Thanks Supervlieg, you're absolutaly right about the colors.
I wanted to, but it was 3.00 am already  and I was at it a couple of hours already.
So I was pretty tired and settled for less colors. I also wanted to add all the names of the
sketchgroup folks as tags on the wall. Ah well...
Cheers bro!

LOL! Funny thing is in Australia we call our beer 'piss'...and if it's bad we say, 'this piss tastes like piss'. Colourful word (actually yellow me thinks).
As for my sketch, unfortunately have a deadline that i'm close to missing -- I'm really pissed off that I can't take the time out tonight. Thanks for asking :)

Well, I wasn't going to do anything for this one because I'm having an important exam in 3h, and I should be studying instead of drawing, but, hey!, I suggested this topic, so I MUST post something
Just a quick one, pencil, about 15-20 min
[edit: pic removed to keep bandwith low]
I will edit this post if I find time for colouring it...
@RobertoOrtiz: if I fail my exam I will tell everybody that it was your fault! hehehe... :D
