I've seen somewhere a tutorial to make weir looking perspective from a photograph or some other image with Polar Coordinates filter and with some others. I can't really explane how to do it but I drew a picture for you. (don't laugh :D)
If someone has seen the tutorial you know what I mean with this.. And could you tell me where it was because as I said I can't find it anymore.

Driving me nuts. I remember seeing during some link hopping from some compositing and lighting tutorials.
