View Full Version : character(s): VHS Tape Cover Beast of Burden final image! Take a look!
Hey all,
well incase you arent familiar, this was my piece of last months challenge, beast of burden, AKA (BOB). I didnt have time to totally finish the challenge, but had a class assignment where I had to composite together a CD cover, and decided, what the hell! why not do a VHS tape of the BOB! So here it is, you can buy the tape at your nearest Beast of Burden Outlet coming March of next year! j/k.. thanks for looking, also! you people check out the challenge section, theirs a ton of talent there as well!

P.S. I drastically dropped down the resolution and size, so it may look a little blurry, I know there are still people with 56k out there! :wavey:

Hey, cool box, not sure I'm crazy about the logo, but it's nicer than many put out for real..I agree it should be a DVD..at least it's available on DVD tho..heh. :D
But yes, as mentioned, Siskel, as in "Siskel and Ebert" (quoted on the box) passed away. Now it's "Ebert and Roeper" or "Ebert and whatever jackass this week" etc. :p Just kinda lends a morbid note to read the quote from them, if you do read it that is..
:scream: , ha!
someone die?? eh? Right when I checked out to see if anyone replyed, someone said siskel died, I was thinking, oh man, someone in the last challenge passed away! I was like bumbed for a whole complete 10seconds, then realized you were talking about siskel and ebert..... I knew that when making the box, plus they were always a tag team, so I decided to leave it for one last tribute! sigh! When doing it though, I was thinking dvd box, for it relates to what we will be putting our demo reels into, but I decided to go the classical ruite, and leave it VHS. So sorry, its funny, but in a couple years a VHS tape will probably seiste to exist! Wierd, talk about moving ahead for the future, soon we will watch all our movie by plugging a computer chip from our head to our monitors! gasp!.....anyhow, thanks for the replys guys, I seem to be drifting out to never never land..

Looks excellent, only critique is that the barrels on his back don't loook as if they are carrying any weight. It needs to sag down and maybe crease the character's skin. Great job though.
