View Full Version : Illustrator : Text in a shape

Hi !

Let's I'm not a seasonned Illustraotr user, but I want wondering if taht is possible to fit a text into a shape (a sphere or whatever) (so as not to have a rectangular paragraph)?

yeah,

Draw a sphere, and while its still active pick the text tool (T) and press it ON circles outer line.

And the shape will be filled (taht's the word I was searching) (and not outlined by the text)?

yes, as long as you have got the right tool set...if you have a look at the tool flyout from the text tool you'll see tools for fitting in a path, and along a path etc... :)
