Concept looks cool. I would suggest to make to make it's feet wider and bigger, otherwise it'll tip over. Mmm. also.. maybe you could make your polygon cuts a little more tight. Good work though. keep it up.

i will take that advice!
just one question though can you explain what this means?
"maybe you could make your polygon cuts a little more tight"

^ I meant ; some of the edges could be a little bit more sharp, some bevels look a tad too round. You can do that by making some sharp cuts with the polygon knife tool or you could set the poly points at the edges a little more close to each other. I admire good mech modeling though....Cuz making a believable mech is tougher than it sounds imo. Currently i'm busy on a face model . organic modeling is much easier on my brains so it seems.. lol.

okay havent tackeled the poly knife tool yet but ill give it a try! is the toehr way to select individual vertices and move them around etc? that i know how to do but im always scared ill make it look silly....still nothing stopping me trying......
and funny you should say that because organc modelling scares me....very very much at the moment...looking forward to trying it soon though, get finish of the mech first :)
thanks again for the suggestions
