Title: James Watt Ancient Lab Reconstruction
Name: Mario Taddei - Studioddm
Country: Italy
Software: 3dmax 4

This is one of the many historical reconstructions we did in Studioddm, this is the lab of James Watt while he was studing the steam engine. All the objects come from a detailed historicall research.
Historicall research. Edutainment development in studioddm.
Was done with long historical research, schetches and a lot of pacience. Documents on the tables are the original one used for research.

Yes, lights come from every candle (omni whit shadows)
and a big outside source Direct. I do not remember if I add more extra ligts.
But belive me the 80% of the works come from the research of the documents of James Whatt ...

It looks great but the light of the windows have to shine on something and I don't see that :s
But it is still awesome work. Good Job

They do not shine perfectly because James Watt that day used his steam engine and the steam with powder went over the windows making them opaque!

I used Max 4! 2 years ago. What kind of light I would have used?
If I have time I will render again in MAX 6 with radiosity or lightracer.
