Software: 3d Studio Max

This Mobile was made using Polygonal Modelling in 3D Studio Max. Composited in Photoshop.
I used HDRI image as a environment reflection map. I used Default Scanline Renderer.
Rendering time is 44 secs. on a 720 x 576 resolution image.

Man this is really dope if this is really 3D, I have somebody who wants me to design there cel phone idea of course I going to use HDRI, any tips? amd keep up the good work, I like the Photoshop touches to, that almost has to be automatic for design purposes

Thanks "the rookie" for your comments.

Whenever using HDRI Images use it on objects rather than environment for more control.
Always use monochrome/grayscale images for reflections specially for chrome, because they don't effect the shading as much as the color once.
Try to play with tiling and mirroring also for achieving your desired results.
Also apply some blur onto your images for smooth reflections.
Hope these will be helpful tips for you using HDRI maps.

great work. what kinda textures or material settings did you use for the main body? im trying for something similar but it aint wworking. any help would be great. thanks

Thanks almunro for appreciating my work. I used a fallof map in diffuse map, I used cellular map in both of fallof slots.
I used fallof reflections with value 3 on the body with raytrace on the upper slot.
Its a phong material with 50 value for glosiness and 35 value for specular.
Also use some HDRI as I described in my previous post.
Hope U will find it helpful.

There is the update. Little bit of tweaking to the front plastic and some lighting to adjust the speculars on buttons.
