I am looking for the download for Setup Machine 1. I know I must be missing something, but I can't find it anywhere. There was no download link in the email Anzovin sent me when I purchased it.

On a side note, Animation Master is awesome. I am a Lightwave user, but I never could get a lot of animation done. All this seems to be changing with AM. AM was my first program in 3D but the stability problems made it unusuable at that time. I haven't had a crash in a week with the newest version. I was pleasantly surprised when I updated to version 11. I'll be posting some animation very soon, so I am really looking forward to working with this community.

The sample rigs are there but not the software. The links for ordering do not have any links to the software. Thanks for trying...can anybody else help me out. I've sent email to the Anzonvins Friday, but have not received a reply yet.

I seem to remember their site is quite poorly designed somehow. If you hover your mouse around the Setup Machine area the links do appear I think. For some reason, in IE atleast, they are invisible.

But he would have to go through the process of purchasing it again if he went that way.

Clingfree, just email the Anzovin group and explain the situation. They will have a record of your purchase and will be able to send you a link to the download.

Isn't it a strong statement about the state of software development when time after time, we get questions like this where a paying customer assumes that the developer will be of no assistance and that he must turn to the community to get answers? I'm not saying anything to bash any developers or people (like cling). I do it too.

Somehow we've been conditioned to expect to have to fend for ourselves for all but the most catastrophic failures. Crazy.

BTW - The Anzovin gang IS a group that you can contact freely, for any issue and they will help you. I've brought them a number of problems, and they fixed ALL of them.

Poor ole Steve is in the Hospital though isn't he?

Methinks so, Wegg, and I believe he's the primary support person for product orders.

Maybe that explains why I didn't receive an email from Steve. Yes, I did email him first. I also emailed the address that comes with the serial number and one other contact at Anzovin before I posted to this forum. I felt that was enough due diligence on my part. Now they are saying I will be sent a CD. I wonder why they can't just email the link to me. Weird...Thanks to everyone who tried helping me. I do appreciate it. By the way, I'm really sorry to hear Steve is in the hospital.
