This is a color map for a female.I want to focus on the map painting technique so I won't post a picture with it mapped on a head.

This is my third face map I've painted and it still looks like shxt.I painted it with photoshop. And this is not finished yet.I'm going to paint some make-up like eye shadow later etc...
She supposed to have very smooth skin so I'm not going to paint many large pores or spots and all the detail stuff can only be barely seen(very fine winkles and spots)...and it results in a monotonic look and seemed less realistic.Since all of those spots and winkles are important factors to make a face looks more realistic. It is very difficult to paint a realistic face of a girl with good skin :p

I need your recommedation and suggestions to help me improve it :D
So feel free to comment and criticize!

ok maybe posting a pic that big is not the best way to get attention , make it smaller , and give us some description as to what your having problems with or what you want to improve,

Having a pic that big makes it impossible to critique the map as a whole.

It's a bit hard to judge what that will look like when it's on the model. Post some test renders, if you could, please.

Just from looking at the map, I'd say part of your problem might be that you didn't give the face itself enough UV space.
