thought id try something new and its actually was fun to make still working through it got to add some stuff to the other side of the building
1649 tri's so far the bars on the back window put up the count alot
has about 13 textures so far ranging from a couple low ones like 128*128 to the bigest of a 512 * 512 the walls used 512*256

photomanip and painting was used next one i think i should paint it all

the wire and the lights ( am going to light map it all one im finished :/)

will post a screny of no lights later if ppl want

oh yeah and its sposed to be for a night time sceen thats y it is a bit dark :/

hey!!

can't say i have that much knowledge about building game "buildings" but this looks very cool indeed. i really like the style. what i like to call "Distressed Neon".

only thing i can crit really is the waste bin. if this was for a 1st person shooter, you might want to have a more detailed texture on it and also on the lamp post.
also the wire fence looks a little too perfect compared to the rest of the building.

overall it looks very cool tho.
i was looking for some insperation (spelling?) to do some work today. and your model did it. thanks

ok well this was just a lerning task and well i have lernt some stuff

the waste bin i know is low res but i was trying to keep it all to scale ( the light post i did in like 3 min so thats why it is dodgy )

the girls .... the one in the blue i copied from a playboy add i found on the google image search and the other is some random from the google image search.

next building i make ill do it more high res i think

i like making the cyberpunk there ( least that is what i think it is )

The neon signs dont look like neon.. why? Because of the shadow it cast's on the wall.

Man - that's looking nice! Only thing is, I can't really tell for certain by looking at it what type of building it is... I'm guessing it's a club of sorts? I think a really nice touch to bring in more environment might be some ripped posters/flyers on the outside walls. It's textured very nicely, just seems a little bland and maybe a few little "lived in" details like that would help to bring it out more. Nice work!
