what you think? i'm optimistic about the topology i have used, but tell me what you think.

Well, I think so far so good. It's a little hard to tell since it's so early in the game. The biggest thing it needs right now is proportioning. The nose needs to be bigger and have nostrils that flare out. The neck probably needs to droop some more. The mouth and nose seem too narrow and the eyes too close together (but only a bit). Are you referencing anything while modeling it? Definately work on your proportions and spacing more.
