In the help section of the ZBrush program there are some amazing scripted tutorials you can run. These will walk you through step by step all the major features of the program. There is a great ZBrush manual in PDF format you can download from the Quicklinks section of ZBrush Central (http://206.145.80.239/zbc/index.php). Also in that quicklinks section are many other scrpited tutorials you can run from within ZBrush to augment the ones that install with the program. It's a great forum site with plenty of useful tutorials and examples for ZBrush. I spend as much time on that forum as I do here on CGTalk. The members and moderators are very helpful too. If you have a question or problem you can usually get a pretty prompt reply to any thread you post. They just added a search function to their forum site that helps you find tutorials and past threads on the subject you are interested in pretty quick.
