Hi!

I have an old VHS video wich I would like to make a DVD copie, but, it's a little bad quality. I would like to know how can I recover, fetch it up so I can send it to a DVD? Can I make this recovering with Adobe Premiere? Or, is there any other program that I can recover the entire movie?

If I can make it with Premiere, how will be the full process?
