nicely done. this is a good rough model. the proportions might be a little off by a bit. but this is a great start. keep it up. i await your progress,

Good work, but two things:

1. Erase all you memory about that danger girl reference if you want to make a realistic body (this applies mostly to the lower body), but as a dangergirl type of model it is really well done, but doesn't fit very well to the more realistic head.

2. Lose the smile on the face. It makes her look retarded, seriously!
It is not a good idea anyways to model facial exspressions into the base mesh... you can use blendshapes for that later on. Oh and the back of her jaw seems to be overly "pronounced" for a female.

P.S.: Those bags under her eyes arn't very beautiful either, but not unrealistic.

Excelente work, but i think something is wrong at chest
and i miss more defined muscle shapes: the flesh creature is too clean and homogen!
