Your very first head? Amazingly good work then. I'm a newbie myself and my first head looked nothing like that... :) Did you follow a tutorial, used a reference image? If so, could you post that? Keep it up!

yes I follow a tutorial!!! U can find it on 3d total!!!! have a nice modeling!!!:)
