I think the skirt looks a bit too stiff to me - it could use some more creases, and i prefer the renders without the car for some reason... I think the whole 'chick leaning on car' thing is a bit corny.

Great modell and perfect skin shader. I like the subtile use of SSS a lot.
The BMW is a great modell too. But a VW Beatle or Mini would fit better to her.

The eyelashes don't seem quite believable to me. Maybe make them a little bit longer.
And I think the hands could use some bump work for skin folds and a little more glare off the finger nails. But I'm just a student. Maybe I'm wrong.
