here is my 2 cents so far...
the model and rig are done by a friend of mine (thnx keith -not lango)
still very rough, but u get the idea. about 8 hours so far... night

here is my first set of adjustments, mostly just some quick timing things (still more to do). i also removed the ending where sher raised her arms... it was supposed to be the same psoed from the begining of the animation, but noone was getting it (exdcept me) so out it came.

the whole feet setup is beyond my controle. i m not good at rigging so a friend sent me this one. there is no way to switch between fk and ik in this rig, so i m just doing what i can with it.

i intend to fix some of the arm and leg locking at the same time i do the hands opening and closing... and whatever else needs to be done.

spent a few min cleaning up the hands and some of the locking... for the most part i am almost done with this. i admit i dont like it all that much... but i am thinking about doing a second event in the next few days.

not going to do much beyond this... except to chage the timing like it was suggested to me. i just hope i have the time.

the start of the timing adjustment... expect longer pauses at the height of each swing... and an end to that anoying popping throuought the swings and especially at the endin the "l" hold.

ok this one work.
Pretty nice start. I think that her legs seems a bit too light. May be because they are in ik, if you can try to switch to fk, it could be more easy to tweak in this kind of exercise. I also don't really understand last arms movement. I think you wanted to mean some kind of reverence, but it doesn't fit really for my opinion. And last thing, the pommel horse is brocking while there are no inertia at this time of the animation, this is not really logical.
The other stuff is pretty fine.

FLX....it feels a little slow to me at the moment....and the cog could use more arcs i'm thinking...something just looked a little off to me...I like the idea and with an extension you've got plenty of time to keep working on this bad boy if you're other commitments allow it....keep going man:)

Your first animation post was a little slow, I am glad you speeded up the falling part. :)

Looking good! The fall especially. Maybe a bit more flow between the halt and the fall though.

like the piece very much.

would you want to add some reaction to the character when the stand beneath gives way? right now she seems oblivious towards the end.

believe me, i would love to edit this more (actually redo it) but time isnt on mu=i side for editing.
the breath is a cool idea... i was also thinking about making her go ridged and looking down then up before the horse collapsed, but we will see if i get the opportunity to adjust that.
