CGTalk - Vash the stampede

This is a sketch i did earlier today, too bad i don't have a scanner or a wacom though, so i had to take a picture of it with my digital camera instead....the drawing is of vash the stampede from the anime series Trigun. It's not quite finished considering i did that sketch in about 30-45 minutes. tell me what you think of it though...

Oh yea I'm also going to get it scanned in at a friends house so that i can color it in with photoshop CS... please give some critiques

don't worry, you'll get more crits soon :) takes a while in this section of the forum. yeah.. i think you should scan it and bring it into the computer and start painting it.. the pose looks really nice for some special effects around the ornament. the shading might not help in a digital paint.. yups overall i think it's a good sketch.. draw more! :)

The concept and the shape is very cool, but I would like to have softer shadows.

And like Boogieman wrote, you should definetly try to colour it, I think that would look really great =), maybe with a city in the background.
