Nice find Roberto. The Cylons sure know how to build a death bird... Zoic is doing it.

I wonder was it a concious idea, to me, the 'cockpit/main' area looks awfully like the skull of the "Alien" creatures, very giger-esque in its feel.

Yep,definitely Alien style. Look great! Maybe almost too aesthetic for a mashine race. The Borg cubes and spheres always felt very natural to me because of the pragmatism behind the design, pure functionality. AQnyway, great designs, and i loved the VFX shots in the pilot!
