View Full Version : Rendering Uncompressed in Combustion
chrisrw 08-19-2004, 09:23 PM I cant seem to find a way to render an avi uncompressed in combustion. I used a series of .rpf's from 3d Studio Max, manipulated them in Combustion and cannot find an option to render an uncompressed avi. All I see is a series of codecs (indeo, cinepak, ect).
thanks for any help I can get =)

That's weird, Uncompressed format should be listed in the format options box for the AVI file type right in the top of the drop down menu. At least for me it's the first option that is listed in there.
Have you tried to contact discreet?

Hi,
In the Video for Windows option you will see a setting called "default". This is the uncompressed setting you are after.
This was fixed in a maintanence patch for combustion 3.0. Update your combustion to the latest service patch and this will be corrected. Otherwise just render on the "default setting" and you will be fine.
