Lots of yummy stuff - reading "A Method for Animating Viscoelastic Fluids" right now, and I can clearly see that there's only some C++ coding between me and a realistic animation of snot.

No, really, this IS interesting stuff

It really is interesting, .. no doubt, but I was wondering if somone with more knowledge could point out the most interesting research or find from Siggraph 2004 as it pertains to the cg community. That is which one has the potential for WOW! feature implementation, feel free to speculate on any amount of factors.

This helped a little.

I feel ya pain. What's even worse is trying to dig up info on the sketches afterwards...
