This is my first post, but I'm pretty sure this is the right place for it. I'm having trouble creating 'abstract' in Cinema 4D. In case your're wondering what I mean, here's an example: http://phoenixart.com/c4d/images/crystal.jpg
. This was made in Cinema 4D. Now, I know how to make this, but does anyone know of any other ways to create 'abstract'?

There's a guy named John Childs, he goes by the name "Bluesman"

He's used a slew of different software, including Cinema4D (SE5).

I swear he's one of the greatest 3D Abstract artists (if not the greatest) I've ever seen.

check out his work: (http://www.posergallery.com/scripts/db/db.cgi?db=default&uid=default&ID=&Date=&Username=bluesman&Email=&Title=&Comments=&Catagory=---&keyword=&mh=10&sb=---&so=ascend&view_records=View+Records&nh=8)

I'll see if I can lure him over :D

Thanks, and you're right, he's good. However, I'm looking for something trendy, like the crystals example I gave. Since I don't have 3ds max, I'm trying to make up for it. Thanks anyways though. Anyone else?
